Design and Preparation of a Novel Antibacterial Hydrogel based on Maleimide-Thiol Conjugation

چکیده
This article synthesized and characterized a novel antibacterial hydrogel, which is formed using maleimide–thiol conjugation. Two precursors chitosan functionalized thiol groups dextran maleimide prepared by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Key features of the such as gelation time, swelling behavior, viscoelastic properties, degradation rate, were thoroughly examined. From time result, we found that hydrogel could be changed with diffident weight percentage precursors. Based on references, best formular for it was also determined other studies. The study indicated has good flexibility test biodegradable. an elastic solid. Given these attributes, this significant potential use in various biomedical applications. Finally, colony-counting tests revealed excellent ability.
